Exact amounts will be provided in your quote. Artwork: Artwork is not included in the listed price. Artwork creation, modification, or cleanup will be billed at $40 per hour. Minimum art charge is $10.00. Customer furnished Artwork: Imprinted products are not returnable. To avoid disappointment, the customer is responsible for providing a clear sketch, layout, or original camera ready artwork or photo showing the exact content, placement and colors desired for their imprint. Every effort will be made to reproduce colors as nearly as possible to the customers specifications. Small variations of shade or tone may be unavoidable. If an exact color match is critical, additional charges may be incurred. For full color products, if images are provided in digital form customer will provide a printed copy or sample image which clearly displays the colors desired. Keep in mind that what your monitor displays is not necessarily what our printer will print. Hot stamped graphic images require camera ready color separated artwork. Customers unsure about the acceptability of their artwork should give us a call for assistance. Fax, low resolution images printed on inkjet printers, or downloaded from a web page are generally not suitable without considerable cleanup work. Please note: Submitted artwork, sketches, or specifications are generally not returnable unless specifically requested by the customer in advance. Additional charges may be incurred to facilitate return. Accent Advertising Specialties accepts that the customer in submitting their sketch, artwork or design specifications, is certifying ownership, existing rights or permission to reproduce any copyright content such as logos, art, or text incorporated in the final product and that the customer is therefore totally responsible for its ultimate use and distribution. Digital Artwork: File Types: Line art for spot colors (hot stamping) should be in vector format: Corel 12.0 (or older version), Windows Meta file (.wmf), Adobe 7.0. If you have a newer version of these programs select "save as" and in the save window select the older version indicated. Be sure to convert all included fonts to curves. Files for full color products can be bitmapped or vector based or a combination of both. Bitmapped files can be tif, bmp, or jpg. If you convert your files to gif, there could be some undesirable color degradation in the conversion. Call or e-mail if you are unsure about what type of files to send. Shipping: Shipping charges are not included in the price of the products. Unless otherwise indicated in your quote, products will be shipped FOB Sierra Vista, Arizona 85635 Setup: A $40 setup fee (up to 6 sq. in. image) will be billed per color for Hot Stamped imprints.. Run Charges: A one color imprint is included in the price of hot stamped products. Additional colors require a run charge billed at $0.35 per piece per additional color. Arizona Customers: State and local tax will be charged for products
shipped to or for use at Arizona locations. Copy Change: (Change of imprint graphic or text, same color) Hot Stamped products: Setup fee plus $10.00 per copy

Also bright gold and silver and copper foils at no added cost. Holographic foils add $5.00 to order amount. For 22 carat gold request quote. Standard engraving stock comes in two colors, the surface color which you always see and the core color which is visible on exposed edges and appears when you cut through the surface by engraving images or text on the badge. Engraved name badges limit you to the badge surface color and the color of the core stock. Hot stamped images offer new dimension to your engraved badges by the ability to add colors to the product that are not inherent in the basic materiel while retaining the ability to use all of the original material colors to engrave names and titles. Although PMS color matching is generally not possible when hot stamping, there are many hot stamp foils available and close matches are normally possible.
